Licensed since 2009 in Maryland, Keenan Robinson has been a Real Estate Agent/Realtor. Prior to that, he has been and still remains in the field of Property Management where he has worked for Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development as a Property Management Officer overseeing a portfolio of Project Based/HUD apartment communities.
Keenan has been responsible for lease-ups of new apartment homes, overseeing LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units), PHA (Public Housing Authority), and Conventional/Market Rate units.
Keenan specializes in foreclosures, bank owned, new construction, residential resale, buyers and sellers.
